A true feast of gold leaf sun illuminating subtle changes in Colorado foliage. Delicate aspen trees create a grid of mini paintings to dissolve into, an abstract tapestry of all things fall, punctuated by their distinct markings and protruding branches.

New England autumn is by far the most luxurious in the world. The array of hues and endless combinations blending into one another is simply astonishing. This painting truly demonstrates how one's eye feels things blending out there in the fall, how there's a calm movement downward, in prep for slumber.

This piece was the inspiration for Diana's very first fabric print. There’s a lake in Wellesley, MA which is just a beautiful version of Giverny, and the garden she loves so much with lilies floating by. The reflections of turning seasons was simply breathtaking.

BIRCHUNDER
FALLSKIES

Birches are nostalgic for Diana. She grew up amongst birch groves and their delicate markings are signs of discovery, running through the woods, being attentive to the changes in crisp fall air.

DIANAS
BATHS

Diana's namesake was found hidden away in New Hampshire’s rolling waterfalls. It was such a striking contrast of rock formations, delicate branches and the tapestry of New England foliage – a sight to remember.

BREATHING

There's more written about the contrasts of this piece once you click on the next buying page, but the essence was attempting to strike a balance between the vibrant shapes and colors of autumn and the need to breathe into the negative spaces, to create a tight rope of escalating emotions.

HYANNISPORT

That magical time on Cape Cod when the mood changes, some time in mid-August, when leaves are deciding whether it’s time to change seasons yet. The wind is already different, the water- foggy.
