There’s a crisp energy in the air—a fresh new look in the gallery, on the fashion racks, and in the familiar, yet eager faces of our new class groups. Confidence is quietly building, a slow awakening of intuition, and a spark of understanding is beginning to glow. Yes, there are doubts, but this new habit of turning inward brings a sense of knowing that everything is malleable, fixable, and figure-outable. Some people started from Paint and Sip nights, our beginners' art classes. Some just looked for exciting, creative or relaxing activities. The result is similar - art slowly but surely heals.
It’s not January 1st when we typically set our New Year’s resolutions, but it’s not too late. It’s never the “right” time to start something new, and yet, it feels like the perfect moment, even at the close of a challenging year. Why? Because those dark moments we’ve faced only make the highlights shine brighter. It’s never too late to seek happiness, to gift yourself joy. Perhaps that’s why ancient celebrations were held at the year's end—a way to honor both the highs and lows, rewarding ourselves for doing our best as we journey around the sun.
